James Orlikoff: Diminishing Revenues and Satisfaction

On March 4, 2009, James Orlikoff spoke at an event sponsored by MetroCare on the topic of Diminishing Revenues and Satisfaction: A Survival Guide for Physicians.

James E. (Jamie) Orlikoff is President of Orlikoff & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in health care governance and leadership, quality, strategy, organizational development, and risk management. He is the National Advisor on Governance and Leadership to the American Hospital Association and Health Forum, and Senior Consultant to the Center for Healthcare Governance. Mr. Orlikoff has been involved in quality and governance issues for over 25 years, consulting with hospitals in six countries and working with hospital and system governing boards to strengthen their overall effectiveness and oversight of quality and patient safety. He is the author of the book The Board's Role in Quality Care: A Practical Guide for Hospital Trustees, and additionally has written 15 books and over 100 articles. Mr. Orlikoff has served on hospital, college, and civic boards. He is currently a member of the Virginia Mason Health System board and chair of its Governance Committee. (source: zoominfo.com)
